Sunspel shirts

Sunspel is an English company, which specialises in underwear and casual clothing. It was founded in 1860. Sunspel shirts are made in Portugal. Fabrics are woven of 100% cotton, 62% cotton + 38% linen and 85% cotton + 15% linen. Side seams are twin-needle stitched; there are usually no gussets (few exceptions exist). Sleeves are sewn on as usual; the yoke is non-split. Sunspel shirts have removable collar stays. There is no hand-stitching.

Sunspel shirts are offered in several basic colours: white, grey, light grey, light blue, indigo, light navy, navy, petrol. Almost all shirts are solids. Weaves/knits: poplin, oxford, pique, jersey. Barrel cuffs. Collars: button-down, grandad, semi-spread, Kent. Sizes: S – XXL. Regular fit (a bit slim, not baggy). You can purchase Sunspel shirts at Sunspel.com and MrPorter.com. They cost 155 – 205 EUR (incl. VAT) or 96 – 104 GBP (excl. VAT). Sometimes they’re put on sales. In my opinion, these shirts are overpriced.
