Emma Willis is an English menswear brand, which was founded by Emma Willis in 1999. Emma Willis shirts are made in England. They are equipped with thin mother-of-pearl buttons (MOP comes from Australia). These shirts feature gussets, single-needle stitching, split yokes (cut not on the bias), removable collar stays. There is no hand-stitching, but the shirts are cut by hand. Sleeves are sewn on as usual.
The brand uses 100% cotton fabrics woven by Alumo in Switzerland (genuine 2-ply – 2*2; 100’s and higher, up to 170’s; extra-long staple cotton from Egypt; comply with Oeko-Tex Standard 100). Some Emma Willis shirts are made of high quality linen fabrics and Cashmerello fabrics (cotton+cashmere, woven by Alumo). The most expensive shirts are made of certified Sea Island cotton and 100% silk fabrics (woven in Italy).
