Fort Belvedere socks

Fort Belvedere is a menswear accessories brand, which was founded several years ago by Sven Raphael Schneider (the editor-in-chief of Gentleman’s Gazette). Fort Belvedere sells high quality over-the-calf socks made of 2-ply Egyptian cotton (fil d’ecosse, knitted on a machine with 240 needles), merino wool and silk+cotton (75% silk 25% cotton, knitted on a machine with 280 needles). These socks are manufactured in Italy, and their toes are hand-linked.

Fort Belvedere offers a lot of so-called ‘clocks’ socks; nowadays it’s a very rare pattern, but it used to be popular in 1930s, and it’s very versatile and elegant. Besides, there are lots of socks with shadow stripes (colours: pale blue, red, light grey, green, midnight blue, burgundy, charcoal, orange, brown, turquoise, dark navy, caramel). Available sizes: S, M, L, XL.

You can buy Fort Belvedere socks at GentlemansGazette.com/Shop. They cost 40-70 USD (no VAT / you’ll have to pay the sales tax if you reside in Minnesota). Fort Belvedere socks are never put on sales.
