Richard James is an English brand, which was founded by British designer and entrepreneur Richard James in 1992. Richard James is famous for its bespoke and ready-to-wear suits, but it also offers various accessories. Richard James socks are made in England (by Pantherella). They have hand-linked toes; they’re made of 69-70% merino wool + 30-31% nylon or 76-79% mercerised cotton + 21-24% nylon or 44% linen + 40% cotton + 16% nylon. Unfortunately, there are no over-the-calf socks; Richard James sells mid-calf socks only.
Richard James socks are available in solid colours and fancy patterns (linear dots, sliced spots, split sripes, colour block stripes, soft checks, etc). Solid colour socks often have contrasting heel and top areas. Colours and shades: light blue, beige, pink, lilac, grey, black, navy, yellow, etc. Sizes: M and L. You can buy Richard James socks at RichardJames.co.uk, SockShop.co.uk, WoodsofShropshire.co.uk. They cost 14-17 GBP (incl. VAT). Sometimes they’re available on sales (up to 30% off).
