Brioni is an Italian brand founded by Gaetano Savini and Nazareno Fonticoli in 1945. It specialises in high quality suits and sportcoats, but also offers mid-calf and over-the-calf socks. Brioni socks are made in Italy by Bresciani; only high quality cotton is used (extra-long staple, mercerised). Some socks are made of merino wool. Brioni socks are knitted on machines with up to 240 needles, and they feature hand-linked toes.

Brioni socks are offered in various colours: burgundy, grey, black, light blue, mid blue, navy, brown, purple, dark green, red… Patterns: birdseye, chevron, colourblocks, stripes, solids (ribbed, smooth).
